SUPPORTING ENTREPREURS

The Digital Citizen Fund remains committed to breaking barriers and building futures, one woman, one loan, and one business at a time. 

Three years ago, with assistance from the Neuberger Berman Foundation, DCF launched a financial literacy program. 

Our curriculum was designed to help young women learn to manage finances for business and home life effectively. Building on this foundation, DCF offers a new initiative: a micro-loan and grant program to support local businesses. This program provides small-scale financial assistance to women who have completed our financial literacy course and are ready to take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey. 

To date, DCF has provided training and start-up support to 100 student entrepreneurs based in Afghanistan.
